“Targeting civilian homes, educational facilities, or medical infrastructure, either intentionally or by mistake, is a war crime. The sheer disregard for human life, especially during the holy month of Ramadan, is sickening and deeply concerning.”

This statement underscores the broader outrage over the attack, particularly given its timing during Ramadan, a sacred period of reflection and fasting for Muslims worldwide.

The Humanitarian Impact

The airstrike has left Kabul in shock, with survivors recounting scenes of devastation and chaos. Hospitals are overwhelmed, struggling to treat hundreds of injured patients.
